:-D UHURU FINISHED !!! ICC SITTING HEAD OF STATES IMMUNITY FLOPS! #IN_SUMMARY: . Very few African states remained supportive of State Immunity position that they had taken last month. . After the session, African representetives told Kenya that they had tried their best,but the head of state immunity proposals never stood a chance. . Tanzania abstained and dint speak to support Kenya as agreed b4 the session. . South Africa dint stand strong on the Kenyas proposal as they did in ADIS ABBABA. . Non-African Countries strongly spoke against immunity. Kenya has appointed a new team to head to the Hague including Danson Mungatana and others. All roads are leading to the River at the moment and on the day of death,all trees are slippery to a monkey :-D
