This facility accomodates training for Fire Fighters, Police, FEMA & US Military. They train for fighting fires, Natural Disasters, Search&Rescue and URBAN WAR FARE! Now this clip seems fairly beneign until about the 2 minute mark, at this point you will see Black Women being arrested. Later in the clip you see a group of BLACK MEN FLIPPING OVER A CAR AND SETTING IT ABLAZE, while white civilians watch in awe!!! Then the clip shows the Black Men being subdued by obvious members of the military who then hand them over to the local Riot Squad!
