01 dies, 16 injured in road mishaps in valley: Sachnews Jammu Kashmir Chief Correspondent Malik Nissar : SRINAGAR, April 04: One person died and sixteen others were injured in two separate road accidents across the valley. A tractor hit a cyclist, Riyaz Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Jaggerpora Handwara at Khanpora Magam, Handwara, resulting in his on spot death. Handwara police has registered a case in this regard. Meanwhile, a Police ambulance (JK13-9356) and a Maruti Car ( JK03B-3216) collided at Jawbrara, in the jurisdiction of Police station Awantipora, resulting in minor injuries to fifteen policemen and the Maruti driver. All the injured were shifted to Police Hospital, Srinagar and have been discharged after treatment.
