05/18/14 1557hrs report of hit-skip MVA on SR 91 near SR 2. The victim vehicle’s operator was successful in obtaining a plate number of the suspect vehicle and identified the driver via a BMV photo. The suspect vehicle, being driving by a 39 year old male resident with a child as a passenger, was stopped near his residence. The child was taken to a relative’s home while officers spoke with the driver. He was subsequently arrested for OVI, hit-skip, open container and child endangerment. He was held on court set bond and until sober.
