09/09/2014......[ZCin2020 EDITORIAL].....A YEAR AFTER THE SIEGE: Exactly a year after the 23-day, man-made siege---Zamboangueños are still shell shocked....thanks for the most part to Mayor BENG SALAZARs weak leadership and her husband Gen. Trifunio Salazars psy-war tactics.. As of this posting, only 42 family dwellings have, so far, been finished----out of the planned 7,000 single-family homes to be built by the National Housing Authority for those who lost their homes last year. If we follow Mayor Salazars time-table, it will take her administration 166 years to finish building those 7,000 homes---at 42 homes per year. The NHA claims it will accomplish building of those 7,000 by June 2015. We doubt that the overhyped Z3R will be able to achieve anything worth our praise. For now, we are closely watching Mayor Salazar and the NHA----as well the the IDPs. Well see what happens. ===========
