1/15/2014 - 9:15 pm: *** Fog & Below Freezing Temperatures Will Lead To Black Ice Late Tonight Into Thursday Morning *** Quick post to let everyone know that there is a threat for some black ice on area roads, parking lots and sidewalks late tonight into Thursday morning. Skies are expected to become cloudy with areas of fog developing after midnight which will likely persist into early Thursday morning. The combination of this fog and low temperatures near 25 Degrees will lead to the formation of black ice on some roads, parking lots and sidewalks late tonight into Thursday morning. Based on this, I urge everyone to plan to use caution when driving to work or school on Thursday morning as icy conditions will be a threat.
