1-25-2015 Synthetic Drug War Update, Legislative and Causality List. I got asked today, why send all those emails and letters to Senators, Representatives and Tribal Councils , you know there not going to listen. Well in the past 72 hours we have received request for more information from hundreds of elected representatives and asked to come to 14 different states so far, to either meet with or testify in front of the respective committees and to meet with 4 Tribal Councils. So I have to believe its doing some good and has them talking about the issues. I am not under some grand illusion that all 50 states will pass our request, but if only 5 or 6 do it is a start, if 10 or 12 do that is a huge victory. But the main reason we do this is what we see everyday in the news and up close and personal the hospitalization, deaths, and the devastating effects to our youth and their families. I was honored to have witnessed Dr. Jordan Trecki a DEA pharmacologist thunder away at some of the best defense attorneys last month in Lafayette La. when it came to Federal Sentencing Guidelines. The Defense there as in this case here wanted the Merchants of Death and Narco Terrorist to receive a 1-1 ratio, which means they would be sentenced as if every pound of Synthetics was equal to a pound of real Marijuana. But the Attorney General along with Dr. Trecki SUCCESSFULLY argued it should be compared to Synthetic THC which is a 1- 167 ratio.
