AMMA Our father G Abaranji,who is a Freedom fighter was having land in SF no:268/2 having an extent of 4 acre 33 cents at Valavanthan Kottai village,Thiruverumbur taluk,Trichy District.He died on 19-09- 1989.When he alive he sold some plots.But one Duraisamy executed a forgery Power of Attorney in favor of him as my father executed in document no:138/1993.Subsequently lot of fake documents have been executed.Lot of fake pattas also are issued.Lot of complaints are filed.Petition receipt no:41/ 2012 also pending before Land Grab cell of Tamilnadu Police.Instead of registering case and inquiring the Thiruverumbur Taluk officials,Thiruverumbur Registrar officials,and trespassers Trichy Land grab police cell did not do anything but by corrupting they saved the culprits.But the Police cell reported before the Trichy Superintendent of Police that I am not co operating the cell which is wrong and against Human Rights. Hence I pray Your Honorable Sir may be pleased to direct the collector Trichy and Superintendent of Police to a register case against wrong Purchasers cum trespassers,Concerned Tahsildar,Sub-Registrar and to direct the officials to hand over the possession and enjoyment over the said land to me and to my brother Please.
