1-All claim their Sect or Firka will go to Jannah. Please explain this puzzle!Hazrat with your kind permission, I have one question, pertaining different Sects (Firka) in Islam. All claim that they are the true Muslims and the sect or Firka they belong to will go to Jannah! Please help us all understand the different Sects, its brief history, who started the sect, what are the aqaids of that sect, how are they different from each other, and what is the basic rule to find which is the only Sect that is on Haq and will InshaALLAH azwajal go to Jannah! Below is the list of some of the Sects I have put here that I can think of please add if I have missed any Wahabi ItnaAshari Najdi Shia Sallafi Qadiani DeoBandi Tableegi AhleHadit AhleQuran Ahle kitab Jamaat-e-Islami Maududi Bahai Kharjee Sunni Bareilvy Sufis Fakirs Ahlesunnat Ahle Bid’ah Ahlul Ahwaa Bohri Mu’tazili Ash’ari Ismaili Zaidi Maturidi Zahiri Answer: Bismihita’la, Al jawabu biawnil wahhab, Every sect’s claim to go to Jannah is quite wrong according to Hadith.As the beloved Prophet Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam said; “Wa inna Bani Israaila tafarraqat a’la thinataine wa sabyeena millatan wa taftariqu ummati a’la thalasiun wa sabyeena millatan kullahum finnaari illa wahidah Qaalu man hiya ya Rasulallah!Qaala Ma ana a’laihi wa ‘ashabi”.(Tirmizi,Mishkat) It means; “undoubtedly Bani Israail were scattered into seventy two sects and my ummah will be distributed into seventy three sects. All will go to Jahhannum except one. The companions of the Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) asked who that sect is. The Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) replied; those who are on my and companions path”. The prominent scholars of Islam say that in this Hadith ma ana alaihi wa ashabi means “Ahle sunnat wal jamaat” The follower of every sect can claim that we are the followers of the Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) and his companions. Only claim can never be enough rather every claim needs evidences. In this regard we have to investigate, which sect is the true follower of this Hadith. First of all we have to see the beliefs (Aqeedah) of Sahabae karam about our holy Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam). It is because Sahaba are the ideal and true model for all the muslims. As the beloved Prolphet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) says;”Ashabi kannujum biayyihi iqtadaitum ihtadaitum”. It means; All my companions are like stars whomsoever you follow, you will be on right path. I will list some of the most prominent beliefs of Sahabae karam RadiAllahuTa’alaa Anhum : • They all were believing that our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) is alive and not dead (hayatunnabi). • Our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) is the knower of the unseen (aalime ghaib). • He is bestowed the sole power by ALLAH (Subhanahu Ta’ala ) the almighty (Ikhtiyare kully). • All of them were seeking the Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam)’s waseela(intercession) in his worldly life and even after his leaving this world. • All of them believed that our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) is noor of ALLAH (Subhanahu Ta’ala ) Subahanahu Ta’la. No one can bring a single evidence of any one Sahabi whose belief was contrary to those listed above. Apart from this the above qualities of our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) are proved by the holy Quran and the sacred Ahadith. Hazrat Shah Abdul Haq muhaddithe Dahalwi (RahmatullaTaalaAlaih) says in his well known book “Ashiatullama’at” in the chapter named ‘Babul e’etesaam’ after imitating the saying of the author of ‘kitaabe mawaqif”. “Only Ahle sunnat wal jamaat will get salvation and will go to jannah” that if one objects how can we know that only Ahlesuna wal jamaat will go to jannah then the answer is; we became confidant after going through Ahadith and the believes, sayings,and the deeds of Sahaba karam,Taabein, Tabe tabein, Muhaddeseen, Aimma,the Hanafi,Shafai,Maaliki and Hambali fuqaha,the Aimma of wosoole Kalaam like Ashaera and Maturidiya and our all other pious ancestors that our beliefs are just like their beliefs. All of them were firm on the Mazhabe Ahle sunnat and they all were orthodox Ahle sunnat. The sects whose names you have mentioned in the question most beliefs are totally against Sahaba and their true followers. In addition to this their scholars have insulted our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) Sallallahu alaihi wasallam.They wrote and said such things which \were not written or heard of before.This is the reason the communicator and knower of the unseen Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi walallam said fourteen years ago “Yakunu fi aakhirizzamaani Dajjaloona Kajjabuna yatunakum minal ahaadith bima lam tasmawu antum wa laa aabawukum fa iyyakum wa iyyahum la yudillinakum wala yaftinunakum”(Muslim,Mishkat),means there will be a group of deceivers and liars and they will say such things which neither you will have heard nor your father and forefathers. Keep yourself, your family and all those you love away from them otherwise they will attack your beliefs and snatch your imaan from you. Those kazzab(liars) and Dajjals are the founders of the most of the sects which you have listed in your question. If you want to know their disbelieving, deviating, insulting and filthy sentences about the holy Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) I will list a few examples for your reference which are written by the founders of this sects here: • Book ‘Hifzul iman’,page-8 written by Ashraf Ali thanwi, • ‘Thazeerunnaas,’page-3 written by Qasim nanatwi, • ‘Barahine Qatiya,’page-51 written by Khalil ambethwi • ‘Taqwaetul iman,’page-79 written by Ismail Dahalwi, • ‘Risala yakrozi,’page-145 written by Ismail Dahalwi. Similarly the founder of Jamaate Islami Abuaala Maududi in his book ‘Khutbat’, ‘Tafhimat’, ‘Tanqihat’ and Muhammad ibn Abd-al-Wahhab Najdi in his book ‘Attawhid’ have insulted our Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam) Sallallahu alaihi wasallam. If you want to know in depth and detail about these buddeen, Gumrah, budmazhab, Kazzab, and antagonists of Islam then read the book ‘Husamul Haramain’ and ‘Assawarimul Hindiya’. Remember, a minor disrespect/insult (tauheen) of Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam is kufr. Hazrat Imam Abuyusuf(radi Allahu a’nhu) says in his book ‘Kitabul Khiraj “Ayyuma rajulin sabba Rasulallahi wasallam au kazzabahu ,au aabahu au tanaqqasahu faqad kafara billahi ta’ala wa banat minhumraatahu”. Means, whosoever after reciting Kalima abuses and insults the Prophet (Sall Allahu a’laihi wa sallam), associate lies towards him, searches for defects in him, surely, such a person has become disbeliever towards ALLAH (Subhanahu Ta’ala ) and his marriage is nullified and his wife is no more his wife and their marriage is broken. You have included Bareilvy in most of the other refuted and baatil sects. First thing is that Bareilvy is not any sect, it is the name of a village in India UP to which Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Bareilvy ( RahmatullaTaalaAlai) belongs. He is the Mujadeed of 14th century and was called as Ala Hazrat and this is how the term Maslak E Aalahazrat came into existence. Rather in current age Maslake Aalahazrat is the real identification of Mazhabe Ahle sunnat. In other words Maslak e Aalahazrat is the same to Mazhabe Ahle sunnat. As Aalahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Bareilvy ( RahmatullaTaalaAlai) saved our Iman and made us cautious from all the baatil sects and from the dacoits of Emaan and Islam that is why in this crucial age the true believers regard themselves as the follower of Maslak e Aalahazrat. I openly challenge any one who can provide authentic prove on any SINGLE Belief of our Mujadeed Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Bareilvy ( RahmatullaTaalaAlai) and Maslak E Alahazrat which is against the Quran and Sunnah.
