1) Call Time Warner Cable to transfer service to the new house. 2) Agree to talk about changing service package. Discuss several options. 3) Agree to a package that only raises what I’m paying by $20. 4) Get ready to finalize and Roxana Inzunza reads back the plan and it raises my monthly by $60. 5) Tell her nope, nope, forget it. I just want the same package I have now. 6) She tells me that’s impossible. We can’t go back. It’s already in the system. I’ll have to call back to a different number. 7) Call back to the different number. 8) She transfers me to another department. 9) Who transfers me back to the woman I was talking to the first time. 10) Who swears there’s no way to now change the fact that they’re coming on the 10th (SIX DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET!) to hook up a package that is $60 too much and I don’t want it. And there’s no way to stop this. So I say I just want to disconnect Time Warner Cable altogether then. 11) So they hang up on me. 12) Call back, transferred, on hold, hang up. 13) Call back, get the second woman on the phone, go back around in a circle. She hangs up on me for yelling at her (I wasn’t. I have witnesses.) 14) Call immediately back and no one will answer the phone. Time Warner Cable
