1. Deadline for submitting Scholarship Form was 15th of December and is now over. But still you can submit Payment form without scholarship for 280 Euro. (Before deadline, payment was 250 Euro but after deadline, as a Late Registration, payment should be 280 Euro) 2. So, if you (or any of your friends) have not applied for Rome MUN 2014 yet, just fill the payment form here: romemun.org/megaformDelegato.php 3. If you have already submitted a scholarship form, please wait for results. List of those who win scholarship and those who fail will be announced soon. I wish you be one of the winner, but if you fail, then you can reapply by money. 4. For those who already applied WITHOUT scholarship and for those who may fail scholarship and they will apply by money: Please be careful that if you apply by money, you should go to the bank and pay ASAP (as soon as possible). If you do not pay, your application would not be considered at all. Those who WIN scholarship, and those who apply be money: Please book a flight ticket as soon as possible. After new year, it would be difficult to find free set and therefore ticket will be very expensive. I will try to bargain with flight agency (Transavia) and get a discount because our participants are a huge number. (The cost of round-trip flight to Rome-Italy and return back to Kazakhstan maybe between 600-700$) 6. An officially invitation for Visa for each participant will be ready in late December/early January. When you apply for visa, please also provide ticket of your flight to the Italy consulate in Almaty or to the embassy in Astana. This Study Program is only for one week. (13-17th March 2014) An excuse letter because of your absence in faculty will be sent to your Dean in advanced. 7. Do not be worry at all! I will send you necessary materials to instruct you how to prepare for MUN, how to write a position paper, how to draft a resolution and how to list your debates for international social, economic and political issues.If you have any kinds of question, please do not hesitate to ask.
