1. Engineer Responsibilities:- 1. Responsible for the provision of technical support and services for all post-implementation activities such as maintenance and servicing as well as troubleshooting of equipment, particularly core products, sold by the Company 2. Undertake preventive maintenance and corrective actions on customers’ equipment. 3. Attend to, with urgency, all service calls assigned and responsible to provide efficient and reliable scheduled maintenance for all equipment. Ensure equipment are tested upon completion before handling over to customers 4. Provide technical advice and engineering support to the customers and team members, ensuring effective and efficient utilization of the products procured. 5. Conduct site surveys when required, with the objective of improving and enhancing current service standards and customers’ satisfaction 6. Analyse tasks and resolve problems encountered and provide feedback/suggestions to the Manager, for future enhancement and knowledge sharing with the team 7. Provide 24-hour standby service, in line with the Company’s service commitment to customers at all times 8. Establish healthy customers’ relations and ensure the provision of efficient and reliable customer services/support so as to solicit and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company. Requirements:- 1. Diploma in Telecommunication, Information Technology or Information Management System 2. Minimum 2 year in systems support, implementation and related field 3. Experience working with Avaya products greatly preferred 4. Understanding telecommunication topology & networks. Able to articulate issues and set priorities on issues encountered 5. Good technical knowledge and analytical skills 6. Good customer service skills 7. Candidate must be able to speak, write and read Chinese as you are required to liaise with Chinese counterparts 8. Only Singaporeans and SPR are eligible to apply 9. Able to work in fast paced environment and possess positive attitude 10. Willing to work in Corporation Drive – Jurong 11.
