1. IT Manager ( Wasla ) Wasla Contact Center Job Description -1-Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department. 2-Hold departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives, promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff. 3- Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel. 4- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and providing appropriate training for IT support staff. 5- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. 6- Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software. 7- Serve as primary contact with outside vendors in the generation of RFPs, bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions, Systems Operations and Maintenance. 8- Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks. 9- Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment. 10- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. 11- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. 12- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Job Qualification -Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from a reputable University. -6 Years Experience in automotive field -Excellent command of both written and spoken English -Excellent communication skills. -Compensations • 8 Hours working /day • Car allowance is provided calibers@wasla
