Interested to hear of others experiences - if they noticed a change/improvement in behaviour and if there is a particular brand that is recommended for children. Thanks 2. Does anyone go to blackwood gym in adelaide? If so what do u think of it and of the creche? 3. My daughter has just turned 1. We had dropped a milk feed, having a morning milk and evening milk of around 240ml. I went to the health nurse this week for her 12 month check up and they told me to cut her milk feed in half and to give her a cup. I thought milk was good for them. Im not worried that her food intake is affected be as she eats well and healthy. Why would they want me to cut the amount? Also the cup thing isnt really working very well. 4. Please help!! Hoping you can help with my twin 6yr olds they refuse to do anything they are told, they just spent their entire Sunday cleaning their room... I still had to help. Ive tried everything, taking away toys, tv, parties, desert, even sent them to bed without dinner... Im fed up with picking stuff up after them CONSTANTLY.... any ideas appreciated as I feel like their entire childhood is being spent filling their memory bank with stress and punishment... Ive tried turning it around by praising them when theyre good, but its not enough... Help
