1 January there will be three months till I can launch my divorce papers to Scott. Finally this nightmare is finally going to come to a close hopefully. Then maybe two months after and if the judge says yes to the divorce. It will take a month to get to court, then another month in case I change my mind, then will be official. The only thing I am worried about is serving Scott the papers otherwise cant get a divorce. But my lawyer doesnt seem to be worried about it. I have literally had nothing to do with him since I basically called the police to get him out of the house and away from myself and my son. The thing is the detective who did my case, literally told me on the way home from the hospital to not go back to him. I told him I wont because I know they will just get worst not better. Talking from experience. Think Scott gave them a hard time. Anyway nearly over and am happier then I have ever been. Hopefully by June will be a divorced woman yet again. Starting to love my singledom and that is not a good thing. Lol Happy New Year everyone, I am so looking forward to 2015, I have never looked forward to the following year before. First time for everything. :)
