1 John 4:19 - There is no fear in love; but perfect love (Jesus) casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. All negative emotions – which are what keeps us bound and limited, are FEAR based. Shame, guilt, pain, condemnation, rejection, abandonment, etc. are roots that cause physical, emotional, or spiritual bondage. When we remove fear, negative emotions flee and illnesses depart. Rejoice - Jesus came and restored us back to right standing with God so we don’t have to carry the negative emotions that are rooted in fear. His perfect love casts out all fear.
