1. My Bub will be 6months when I go back to work in 5wks. We have her booked in to daycare for 3 half days and 1 full day. To get the position it is starting in 2 weeks... What is the best way to transition her into daycare... Few hours each day for the first week? Only a couple of days the first week, then build up? Thank you. 2. Im booked in for a c section next Thursday for #2. With #1 I was just able to leave her on a mat or rocker while I went to the toilet etc but now I have a 27 month old and will have a newborn so I cant leave them alone together incase my 2 year old sits on him, drops a toy on him etc, so what do mums do? Also my 2 year old is very active im worried how I am going to occupy her whilst recoverying from a c section and newborn. Any suggestions? Thanks 3. Can anyone give any tips on how I can help my nearly 1 year old dd to feed herself with a spoon? Ive tried the monkey see monkey do trick, but doesnt seem to work... It worked with getting her to drink water from a water bottle though. Any tips on spoon feeding? Or is she still too young for that? 4. Have read previous posts regarding feed/sleep requirements of a 7 month old and found it very helpful, but now I am wondering if other mums put their babies into these routines or waited for this to happen naturally? What if bubs wont eat 3 solid meals? 5. I have 6 month old dd and I am just looking for ideas of solids to give her. She has had a variety of veggies pureed and had weetbix for breaky but im looking to mix it up again do she doesnt get bored. Id like to introduce some meat to her, but unsure how to. 6. Hubby fainted when we met midwife to just fill in hospital admission forms. Never been good at hospitals. He is keen to be at birth but nervous. Some have said he should wait outside so he doesnt become a patient too. Any comments on how a nervous but keen to be supportive hubby coped?
