1. No one should be above the law, the contractors who removed the trees have no permit. 2. The area is supposed to be a reservation area- protected siya dapat kasi isa siya source of water ng Baguio. 3. If we are going to allow more contractors and political families to have their way--soon wala na tayong tubig sa Baguio. Right now, we are facing water shortage--just imagine 2 years from now kung ano ang kalagayan ng tubig natin if activities like this are not stopped. 4. Not only must they pay 50,000 for the damage, they must also plant trees...thousands to replace the ones they killed and they must sign an agreement that they will never touch those trees again. 5. The resort they are building will only benefit their family, we dont need that resort- we need our water supply and oxygen.
