1) Saturday June 15th: the dress rehearsal begins at 11am, please arrive by 10:00am (shutterfly says rehearsal at 11, which is true, but arrive at 10 - just like all performances 1 hr prior) 2) Performances: (x3) -Saturday 2pm, arrive by 1pm on site -Sunday 2pm, arrive by 1pm on site -Sunday 4pm, arrive by 3pm on site 3) Breaks: -Saturday There will be a break for lunch between 12pm-1pm. On Saturday Please be back on site by 1pm. -Sunday there will be a brief break from 2:30-3pm, please be back on site by 3pm for the second show. Other notes: 4) Storage: There is a locked storage room just down from the plaza, if you are facing the gallery, there is an amphitheater that is to the left of the plaza and there is a door on the wall, which leads to the storage space. There will be limited access to this room, so we ask that the children bring limited items for this space, and there will only be access during the designated break times. There is no fridge in this room, so do not bring food that requires refrigeration. *storage will be accessible after the performance, not to worry. I will have a more defined schedule available asap. 5) Food while at NAG: There is an affordable cafeteria in the National Gallery that doesn’t require access to the gallery for entrance. The market is close by. 6) Costume: not necessary for you to wear costume tonight but of course be in costume for Saturday’s dress rehearsal and for all 3 performances. 7) performances rain or shine: unless there is a dangerous storm
