1-Social work is a new and young profession , which appeared in late nineteenth and early twentieth century .professional social work in Egypt started in 1930s, when in 1935 the league of Social services established the school of social work in Alexandria the keynote of the early practice of social work in Egypt was in 2 fields ; community development projects in rural areas and school in urban areas. 1 - العمل الاجتماعي هو مهنة جديدة وشابة، والتي ظهرت في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر وأوائل القرن العشرين بدأ العمل الاجتماعي المهني في مصر في 1930s، وعندما أنشئت في عام 1935 في الدوري الخدمات الاجتماعية للمدرسة العمل الاجتماعي في الإسكندرية. كانت الكلمة الرئيسية لهذه الممارسة في وقت مبكر من العمل الاجتماعي في مصر في 2 الميادين؛ مشاريع التنمية المجتمعية في المناطق الريفية والمدارس في المناطق الحضرية 2- Social work has three professional bases : the value bases and the skill bases and the knowledge of human behavior and planned change . 2- الخدمة الاجتماعية لها 3 أسس مهنية : أساس المهارة أساس معرفة السلوك البشري و أساس قيمي والتغيير الخططي 3-interview; A dynamic interaction of trends , feelings and ideas between social worker and client with the aim of completing and achieving the process of assistance . 3- المقابلة هي : تفاعل ديناميكي من الاتجاهات والمشاعر والأفكار بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي والعميل بهدف استكمال وتحقيق عملية المساعدة 4- team members are partners in the institutional work . أعضاء الفريق شركاء في مؤسسة مهنية واحده 5- expectation of the responsible behavior of all team members . 5-توقع السلوك المسئول من كل أعضاء الفريق 6- recognition of different experience of team members 6-الاعتراف بالخبرات المختلفة لأعضاء الفريق 7-social workers focus on person and environment in interaction . to carry out their purpose , they work with people to achieve the following objectives : -help people enlarge their competence and increase their problems-solving abilities . help people obtain resources . make organizations responsive to people .- -facilitate interaction between individuals and others in their environment . -influence interaction between organization and institutions -influence social and environmental policy 7-يركز الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون على الشخص والبيئة والتفاعل بينهم لتنفيذ أغراضهم ،كذلك يعملون مع الناس لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة مثل : -مساعدة الناس على زيادة كفاءتهم وقدرتهم على حل المشكلة ومساعدتهم في الحصول على الموارد المطلوبة . -جعل المنظمات أكثر استجابة للناس -تسهيل التفاعل بين الأفراد وغيرهم في بيئتهم -تأثير التفاعل بين المنظمة والمؤسسات -تأثير السياسات الاجتماعية والبيئية . 8- case management : is the activity of developing, implementing and monitoring a social service plan to meet individual or family . 8-إدارة الحالة : هي النشاط لتطوير وتنفيذ ورصد خطة الخدمات الاجتماعية لتلبية حاجات الفرد أو الأسرة. 9- psycho social assessment : is the activity of identifying , gathering , comparing and evaluating information and data about a client or client system. 9-التقييم النفسي هو : النشاط من تحديد وجمع ومقارنة وتقييم المعلومات والبيانات عن العميل أو نظام العميل. 10 - the professional relationship is therapeutic . 10-العلاقة المهنية علاقة علاجية 11- the professional relationship is leadership. 11-العلاقة المهنية قيادية 12-the professional relationship is institutional. 12-العلاقة المهنية علاقة مؤسسية 13- the professional relationship is not personal relationship. 13-العلاقة المهنية ليست علاقة شخصية 14-the professional relationship is a temporary relationship. 14-العلاقة المهنية علاقة مؤقتة 15- the professional relationship is key stone in building social work . 15-العلاقة المهنية هي حجر الأساس في بناء الخدمة الاجتماعية 16- the professional relationship is a bridge on which agencies services for the client can pass. 16-العلاقة المهنية هي الجسر الذي يعبر من خلاله العميل للخدمات 17-the professional relationship is a basis of the proper study and the required treatment . 17-العلاقة المهنية هي أساس الدراسات السليمة والعلاج المطلوب . 18- interview aim to identify the needs of clients. 18-المقابلة تهدف إلى تحديد احتياجات العملاء. 19- interview aim to identify the goals of clients . 19- المقابلة تهدف إلى التعرف على أهداف العملاء . 20- interview aim to achieve social treatment . المقابلة تهدف إلى تحقيق المعالجة الاجتماعية 21- interview aim to identify the problems of clients . 21- المقابلة تهدف إلى التعرف على مشكلات العملاء 22- interview aim to solve the problems of clients . 22- المقابلة تهدف إلى حل مشكلات العملاء 23-interview aim to study social and economical aspects of the problem of clients . 23-المقابلة تهدف إلى دراسة الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمشاكل العملاء 24- interview aim to study evolutionary history of some problems of clients ,groups , and communities . 24-المقابلة تهدف لدراسة التاريخ التطوري لمشاكل بعض العملاء والجماعات والمجتمعات . 25- interview aim to discuss the needs which are between social workers and group members or community leaders . 25- المقابلة تهدف إلى مناقشة مابين الأخصائي الاجتماعي وعضو الجماعة أو قادة المجتمعات المحلية .
