UV-MINGLANILLA ADMIN--NAGKATAWA. POOR TEACHERS. MAKALULOY NGA MGA ESTUDYANTE. TAG-IYA SA ESKWELAHAN WALAY ALAMAG SA MGA PANGHITABO SA IYANG MGA TAO. Just want to share a certain issue which happens to be one of the branches of UV which is in MINGANILLA. Being a University you should set high standards and good quality education for students, teachers eventually would perform exceptionally with their jobs if they are well paid and taken care of by the school and its administrators, but sad to say teachers in Minglanilla are underpaid, not just underpaid but some salary deductions were left unexplained by the head of the accounting. Another thing, is it right for a company to let their employees pay for their Christmas party? That is supposed to be catered by the school itself.. The sad part is that if those people from the accounting of that branch is not satisfied with how much they are receiving as monthly salary they can just walk their ass out from their positions and not steal from their co-workers especially the underpaid teachers.. Come on guys, at least have the guts to face and explain to your employees what the hell is going on in your accounting department. Lastly, they hired a teachers without letting them sign a contract.. What?? So what the heck are we even doing here in the 1st place, come on grow some balls guys will you.. -UV Minglanilla -G
