1) Stronger Moves: A Reflection of His Greatness 2015 marks the beginning of our 10 years of laying an indigenously mission foundation for the days and years to come in North Asia and beyond. A decade passed by so quickly and there are so many things to learn and to praise for. The first year, 2005, in a Muslim autonomous region was tough and taught us a real good lesson of faith. There was basically not even one soul coming to Christ due to language and religious barriers including suspicion and hostility. There was also not even a single cent sent by any friends or churches to support our vision and living expenses. We could barely survive by our meager saving as university professors earlier, and Luke , a few month old then, ended up drinking the cheapest Three Deer Milk Powder of Sanlu Group for 3 years until more than 300,000 thousands of children were seriously affected by melamine contaminated milk power, yet God is merciful and Luke is still healthy and strong by His abundant grace. 2006 marked our new beginning as faculty of a local university and of our repentance to trust in man and not in God for His providence. It saw the renewal of our full commitment to offer all what we have or earn to the needs of our newly founded mission works. 2007 witnessed the fruit of faith and patience, more than 80 young students came to our Bible School, and 20 church planters were selected and sent in different provinces to plant churches. It also confirmed His manifold blessings in bringing more generous donors at the end of the year. 2008 saw another 60 young students added and was the beginning of our winter/Summer evangelistic trips and monthly evangelistic meetings. This year also witnessed the continuos financial supports to 20 pastors and leaders from the partnering networks. 2009 began with the founding of a seminary in Vietnam with 50 students for graduate program, and starting quarterly leadership training, and sending coworkers to Southern part to prepare for the coming school. 2010 enlarged our training with a new Bible School in the southern part to accommodate the growing body of our seminary with almost 250 students, and enlarging mission frontiers with the sending of 25 new church planters, and establishing many leadership training centers in various provinces. This year also saw the realization of our dream in sending out short term missionaries abroad. 2011 and 2012 showed the largest number of students so far, almost 400 students in all of our schools and largest number of leaders trained in leadership training programs, and the sending out of 25 mission mobilizers, as well as the establishment of two daycare centers. This was also the main reason why I resigned from the job at the university to monitor the growing works and to make a new adventure of faith. The devil also attacked us with strong series of persecutions 2013-2014 showed the great intensity in local and world mission mobilization with a lot of travel of course, and largest number of graduates, and 50 ordained to be pastors, evangelists, as well as the newly sent 21 church planters. Thousands of souls have come into the Kingdom through Greater Power Crusades in West Africa, and hundreds of pastors were inspired through Missional Leaders Conference in Africa, and the first one in Korea. As a summary, we supported 66 church planters for a period of 3-4 years each and currently 21 full time church planters are still active in pioneering work. There are still 34 full time teaching staff, about 40 intern teachers, and around 20 mission mobilizers. We have trained more than 700 young workers and there are more than 1000 leaders and pastors who are under our current training, many of them will be graduating next year for B.Th program after spending more than 3 years to study at our school. We have organized hundred of evangelistic meetings, praise and worship nights, evangelistic trip, mission mobilization and crusades, charity projects... We pioneered around 150 churches through church planters, students, and staff, and many more by our graduates yet the majority of the churches are not under our direct leadership because our main calling is to pioneer not to pastoring. We will focus on pioneering and pastoring starting this year. Especially thank you so much for the generosity and sacrifices of our coworkers, visiting faculties and donors. Without your partnership we could never go this far and do that much. Great things happened and are still happening yet it does not mean the road is always smooth, there are tons of sweat and tears. Persecutions are unavoidable and I underwent a major operation that kept me in the hospital for 2 months. Loneliness, betrayal, failure in our college project, misunderstanding, conflicts, broken relationships, rental fees for dorms, training centers, staff support, providence for ministry needs, false accusations, huge pressures, debts, risk of foreclosure of the newly bought apartment... are still vital parts of life, yet in all these things we will overcome by His power and faithfulness. 2015 begins our year with the ever challenging winter evangelistic trips and the first Missional Leaders Conference in Los Angeles. This year I am also looking forward to having strong partnership with individuals, churches and organizations for the current and the unfinished mission works. It will also be my joy to speak at your churches, conferences, revival meetings, crusades and to minister to your people there in His power. You are also invited to Come and be our strong partners, so we can together accomplish His given 10 years planning (2007-2017) Various Trainings for 2000 Young Workers Increasing Planting of 300 Churches Systematic Leadership Training for 1000 Leaders Incredible Supports to 100 Church Planters Ongoing Training and Development of 600 Full Time Teachers Networking to Send Out 200 Cross Cultural Communicators Special Mission Mobilization and Training Through 100 Mission Trainers.
