1. When I was much younger, I always wanted to be a dance teacher (like my childhood idol, Michelle Keyes :) In fact, in High School, I used to forge my own notes so I could leave school early on Thursdays to go to dance class. 2. I wasnt allowed to get my license until I was 19 and could afford insurance and a car of my own. See #4. 3. My grandmother drove me to my first day of college, in her little Blue Chevy Nova packed full of all of my must haves, in the middle of a huge Noreaster storm (against her better advice) because I didnt want to miss my first day. 4. I paid 300.00 for my first car and another 30.00 dollars on floor mats so I could cover the huge hole in the drivers side floor board. 5. Trust has never come easy for me. I have always had difficulty trusting people, probably because I have been hurt too many times. 6. Florida was always the last place I said I would ever live (ask my Dad) and here I am! 7. I had never planned to have a child of my own, and the thought of marriage always terrifed me. 8. I absolutely hate everything about Cigarettes - even though I have smoked them socially in the past, they literally disgust me now, especially the smell. 9. I married someone at the young age of 21 knowing perfectly well we had nothing in common, and that I didnt even love him. Got divorced one year later. Stupidest.decision.ever!!! 10. At 38 years old I still have absolutely NO IDEA what I want to do with my life. I can proudly say that the two things I have always feared the most, being married & and having a child of my own, have made me happier than anything else ever could.
