1 hour until kickoff. Such am amazing day with Lili. Today is Lilis 1st Auburn game. I have so enjoyed sharing stories of previous Auburn football games. I showed Lili the seats where her Grandaddy and Grandma Dot sat in section 43 for many years. Shared about the time the building caught on fire when we were playing LSU, about the time the lights went out, and watching Big Alex play football. (Alex Thomas) My Dad loved football, and I have some of the greatest memories coming to the game with my Mom and Dad. Ive been all sentimental about Lilis first game, but she is loving it, and loving the band march in, just like her Grandaddy did. I even told her how every Monday morning my Dad would write a detailed letter to Pat Dye with suggestions. My favorite game ever was the Alabama Auburn game last year, but I think this one will be a close second :) War Eagle!!!!!
