1 month until Christmas......traditionally speaking. I dont need a better home, or a car. I dont need any new clothes. I have lots of STUFF....dont need any more. I have LOADS of L~O~V~E in my life, The LOVE of G~O~D, 3 BEAUTIFUL children I have brought into this life! A Handsome, smart and kind, loving man to love and care for, and to give the same love back to me! I have a wonderful family, and some AWESOME N~E~W family!!! THE greatest pets I could ever ask for.....I have a BRIGHT and HAPPY future! A beautiful new home in a wonderful part of Canada to go to...... There is plenty of J~O~Y and HA~P~P~I~N~E~S~S~ in my life! I have an awesome job, and all I can ever want!!! or need!!! Soooooo, what DO I want? NOTHING. Nothing for myself. I truly have it all! I AM RICHLY, and ABUNDANTLY B~L~E~S~S~E~D! Here is what I do want.......... I want loneliness to be abolished from the planet. I want hunger and war eradicated permanently. I want TRUTH and JUSTICE to prevail. I want everyone to have a GOOD job, one they love and enjoy. I want homelessness to be something we read of in a history book. I want E~V~E~R~Y child to have a mommy and a daddy, in whatever form that takes on. I want abuse to cease, murder and (s)exploitation of women and children to be no more. I want gossip, lies, rumours, greed, selfishness, and arrogance to disappear from the face of the earth. I want no animals to be abandoned, abused or starved, or force fed chemicals, and none to die for the sake of feeding us.....we have enough to eat otherwise. I want disease, depression, and deaths that come to soon to be never-more. I want P~E~A~C~E to live on, L~O~V~E to be the goal, and prosperity to be what we E~A~R~N. I want RESPECT to be a two-way street, and something we earn and learn how to give. I want ABUNDANCE to be in the lives of everyone, so we learn to live within our means, not driven be greed and lust. I want everyone to experience the joy from the love of a God who loves us unconditionally, and I want each of us to know how to give love the same way to those we inhabit this planet with. I want bulling, stalking, molesting, and all violence to STOP. Can these things happen? YES! If each one of us made these things a priority in our own lives, we C~O~U~L~D stamp them all out, ONE STEP, ONE MOMENT, ONE DAY,.... at a time! I will do my part. But I cannot do it alone. It takes a community to raise a child. It takes HEART. It takes me and it takes YOU. How do we sit down and stuff our already fat faces with more food then 3 people require in one meal, open gifts we do not need, spend money we do not have buying for people who do not need the stuff, most of it useless junk made in China anyhow, let alone that most of the time they dont even deserve MORE THINGS anyhow....one day of the year we PRETEND we actually give a care....then the next day we are back to OURSELVES......no, no, no. Christmas is SUPPOSED to be about LOVE, CARING, Celebrating the birth of a child who stands for NON of this over-indulgence and mindless spending and selfishness. People who do not even BELIEVE in CHRIST, play the Christmas game. I want no part of this. I want to give a wee token of my love to those I TRULY DO love, respect, and admire. I want to share happy memories, and good times with those who give of themselves. I want people to know I LOVE Jesus, and although I am human, I TRY to be the best woman I am able to be. I want to spend this time loving, laughing, caring and sharing. And.....remembering those who have not. Merry Christmas Everyone. susan d. cann
