10/25/14 (0533) Anti-Missionary Christians You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8 An anti-missionary Christian is a contradiction, as it is impossible to be so. It is impossible for the divine and human forces to put people in such a position not to align them with the missionary cause. Missionary impulse is the heartbeat of our Lord Jesus Christ sending His own vital forces through the whole body of the church. The spiritual life of Gods people rises or falls with the force of those heartbeats. When these life forces die down, then death follows. Likewise, anti-missionary churches are dead churches, just as anti-missionary Christians are dead Christians. Lord, I dont want to be an anti-missionary Christian. Ignite the fires of enthusiasm, passion and fervor in my heart so that I will bring You glory. Amen. THE POWER OF PRAYER - E.M. BOUNDS
