10/7/2014 (36 minutes ago) Accepted by *82 Review. Email: Dear Alesia Hurley, Thank you for sending us A Picture Worth..., Follow the Paved Road?. We love both and would be delighted to publish A Picture Worth… in Issue 2.4 of Star 82 Review (planned for December 2014) and Follow the Paved Road in Issue 3.1 (planned for March 2015). These are the basic terms, which we hope are agreeable: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your work to meet the needs of the magazine, such as typographical errors and format adjustments, but will consult you should we want to suggest substantive revisions. Copyright remains with you, but publication in Star 82 Review grants the editors first publication rights on the Star 82 Review website and print edition and re-publication rights elsewhere (in, for example, an anthology of the best pieces from Star 82 Review). If your story, article, image, or review is published subsequently by yourself or another publisher, please acknowledge Star 82 Review as the first publisher. While there is no monetary payment, access to the web issue is always free and copies of the print magazine will be available at a discount to contributors at a pre-publication rate. All current contributors will be notified a week in advance of publication. Thanks again. We are looking forward to another exciting publication! Note: A.D. Hurley is a creative thinker, a lover of nature, and has an undying love for her family. She learned the trade of photography from both her father and her sister, who both had professional experience. This skill eluded her in the early years, as her passion for writing blossomed and consumed her instead. Although she still dreams of being a published author, the mountainous terrain of her new home in North Carolina inspired the camera lens she now peers through. She has been published in Under the Hat magazine for her picture entitled Blue Dreamer.
