10 June 2013 MESSAGE TO THE KHMER YOUTH FROM Mr. SAM RAINSY (president of CNRP). The forces of change are winning this coming election and Hun Sen knows it. His corrupt government is in its final days. Look at what has happened this weekend... Hun Sen had to pay people to attend his rallies because nobody wants to go. And he tried to kick the opposition out of parliament to try and silence the voices of change. These are the actions of a desperate man, who knows that change is coming.
