10 of 10 for me in this article. Most people cannot believe that I am & have been a classic introvert. Its taken hard effort for me to seem extroverted in some situations- Backpacking,& yoga & meditation have had a huge role in opening me up. Even then, Its only when I am in the company of long known close friends or new friends with great energy &/or intellect (most backpackers have that trait), that I open up to the real crazy idiosyncratic me.Rest of the time its me , my breath and my thoughts which are my best company.
