10 things I want to see in India before I die …….. One: Time bound justice (three months – else judge and lawyers be sacked). Two: Linking of all IDs and availability of same at public domain (web site) e.g., Aadhar Card, Biometric identity including face recognition, Passport No, Bank Account/s No, PAN Card No, Mobile No, Land Line Nos etc. Three: No ED / ST of 12.36% to manufacturers and on any type of service industry. In addition, subsidized electricity and land to manufacturers specially SMMs (Small and Medium Manufactures). Four: Heavy incentives to families having one child to the tune of Rs 5000/- pm (with 10% DA pa). Five: Absolute zero benefits (pay and allowances, perks, free transport or any kind of remuneration) to people working after 60 years of age. Social security after retirement age of 60 years to include free living and medical including provision of shelters (old age homes) to needy. All cost of living to be borne by the state including some financial assistance (may be Rs 1000/- pm). Six: Elimination of voting rights and contesting election by illiterate citizens of India. To vote one must be 18 and 12th pass. Seven: Abolition (by blackening) of caste column from all Govt. / public / private / village Panchayat etc documents. Eight: Education system to be job oriented and of less duration (meaningful diplomas / cert courses of 1 / 1½ years). Nine: Anyone reported of taking gratification / doing corruption be house arrested during inquiry proceedings. Ten: Any type of anti-national actions be immediately declared as terrorist acts and charge sheet be prepared within 24 hours - applicable to all states including special status states.
