10 weeks now till Doncaster cant wait i wish it was next weekend but that wouldnt be fare on Annemarieke Wombwell who unfortunately has a lot more work to do than me we will get her there and shredded loving this new life but somtimes fkn hate it to all the bloody measuring of carbs fats and proteins i only have about 4%bf to drop and about the same in kg but tbh the scales dont mean shit its the mirror that counts call me mirror man like they all used to lol but I do it for the love of it and my own personal achievement thats knowing im doing the best i can and that im in the best physical condition ive ever been in if i can spring board into making some ££ then so be it but its not about that for me its about being that fat boy at school being bullied every day and now seeing the reverse effect that the bullies now want to be like me now 30 years on haha 😄✌️Anyone can do it you just gotta work for it ppl say to me i couldnt do what you do Bull shit they just havent tried hard enough
