10 years ago I dropped from 220ish pounds to 180. Over the past decade its been a fluctuating but steady climb back up. Im at the point now, that I said Id never be at again. I work out a lot, I drum hard, I walk a lot, I eat as well as I can. But its not enough. Its not coordinated, its not effective. Today Im making a commitment to dropping back down to 180 and this time, because of my experience over the last ten years, going beyond.
