10 years ago today at 10:58am a miracle was born, Lacey came into this world ready to show us what real love was all about. We had no clue she had Down Syndrome or that she had a very sick heart. Drs told us she wouldnt survive but she was a fighter and had other plans. That day defined our lives and she has been the center of attention since. Blessed just doesnt seem to describe how we feel but it comes close. I am blessed that God chose me to be her mom and us to be her family. Who knew a little girl could touch so many lives and be loved by SOOOOO many people. She is a smart, beautiful, energetic, loving, social, athletic, God fearing & amazing girl.. Time has flown by but I have treasured every second. I cant wait to see what the future holds for her. Happy Birthday Lacey Parker!!!! We love you more than you will ever know.
