102/06/26(三) 素食料理班 第五堂課 菜豆燜飯 String bean stew rice 材料:菜豆、白米、糯米、油、鹽 Ingredient: string bean, rice, glutinous rice, oil, salt 步驟: 1. 菜豆洗乾淨,切小段 2. 將米洗乾淨,倒入電鍋,以平常煮飯方式處理 3. 炒菜豆,油和鹽比例比正常炒菜多一倍 4. 菜豆炒香,倒到米上煮,不要拌 5. 待煮熟後,再悶十分鐘以上 6. 最後再用筷子把豆菜和飯,上下拌勻 Steps: 1. Wash and cut the string bean. 2. Rinse the rice with water once or twice, and just do the rice cooking as usual. 3. Stir fry the string bean with salt and oil twice more than usual. 4. Put the string bean on the rice. DON’T MIX IT. 5. After cooked, stew for more than ten minutes. 6. In the end, mix the string bean and rice evenly and thoroughly. 備註:白米和糯米比例4:1 P.S: rice and glutinous rice (4:1)
