# 1020 - Why are all the RCMP getting all the outpouring of support here? Dont get me wrong, I am very grateful for what the St. Albert RCMP do for us, but what about the other first responders? Nobody has said a thing about what the paramedics/EMTs on scene saw. How would you feel, being woken at 2:55am on a saturday to a 27 Delta or a serious gunshot wound as EMS personnel. Much less learning it was an RCMP member which just made that call 100x more complicated. The men and women with St. Albert Fire Services are the absolute best we could ask for and I commend everyone at Station No. 2 saturday morning for your outstanding work. Thank you so much for standing guard for our community.
