#10615-I was checking TCS confession page today. And I was happy to see that most of confessions were not related to the company and were something related to personal life, experiences etc. And compared to Infys page, very few were cribbing about TCS policies, managers etc. Hence proved, infy is a big time shit compared to TCS wrt the treatment of employees. Im happy that I left infy. Its time that managers and HR should think about employees rather than waiting for salary slips in the month end. Personal experience: HR and managers are not at all interested in replying to mails or listen to employees. AHD... Helpdesks...
