Sometimes, we ask ourselves if we are truly worshiping God. Remember that God seek for those who worship Him in spirit and truth. But what does it mean? Are we worshiping God the way He wants it or how we want it? To worship God is to give our undivided heart, our spirit. To worship God is to know the truth - the truth of His holiness for this will lead us to recognize our unholiness. The inspired writing tells us: The closer you come to Jesus, the more faulty you will appear in your own eyes; for your vision will be clearer, and your imperfections will be seen in broad and distinct contrast to His perfect nature. This is evidence that Satan’s delusions have lost their power; that the vivifying influence of the Spirit of God is arousing you. – {SC 64.2} True worship demands the sense of Gods holiness, the sense of our own sinfulness, and the cry for cleansing. Do we feel that today? Then, maybe our worship is wanting. May God guide us today. Good morning! (smile)
