11 1/2 years ago I was given the gift of a Golden Retriever puppy. In the beginning he was a little pain in the ass like puppies are but he turned out to be the most loyal, protective and well behaved dog anyone could ask for. When he was around 6 we moved down to York and he didnt adjust well. He wasnt used to being on a leash, living in a townhouse community and not having a huge yard to run free in. Even though it hurt, I had to make the best decision and take him to live with my mom and dad where he would be comfortable and be able to run free as he always did. They loved and cared for him like a child and I thank them for that. Not having him with me and Emma has bothered me since but I knew he was in good hands and happy at my parents house. I never thought I could love an animal as much I as I loved him and last night he passed away. Im completely heartbroken. RIP Torrence ❤
