It is always the temptation of the Western Mind to welcome such overtures as a positive and Humane thing. In this case it is not. Just like the cease fire at Tora Bora was a HUGE and STUPID mistake, allowing for Osama Bin Ladens escape and strengthening Al Qiada at this moment a ceasefire in Syria benefits only those hell bent of kicking all Christians from Syra - their STATED GOAL.
