11-8-2013 This entire healthcare debacle should have never occurred. In a free society individuals have the responsibility to look after their own needs including which doctor and which insurance company they patronize. There should be no coercion to purchase any product or service. We are now witness to the enormous damage caused by central planners attempting to create a one size fits all system. It will never work. It took hundreds of years for the health system to develope. Myriads of clinics, hospitals, nurses, doctors, county health departments, etc, etc. functioning together for the good of the people. Now their is fear in the land. Fear of losing your healthcare providers. Fear of suffering. Fear of losing your job over healthcare issues. The only solution is to jettison the ACA and allow insurance companies to compete across state lines and some limitations on mlpractice awards. And perhaps build a few more medical schools.
