11 YEARS OLD AND IS IN MANHATTAN CENTER> THIS DOG IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A GREAT BUDDY THAT IS ALSO MELLOW.: Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs A volunteer writes: Easter in winter....That is what I think of, looking at Trisha, a bouncy elderly lady with giant rabbits ears and a perfect milk chocolate coat. She is so sweet too.. The perfect treat ! I love bright eyes Trisha. She comes right away when called and rubs her face in my lap, She enjoys my dry live goodies and chomps them easily. She seems to like very much to be caressed and scratched on her lower back that is flaky. She sits on command for me. Any more treats? Trisha walks really nicely on the leash. She truly prances, looking even happy and checking from time to time on me with her naughty eyes. Stairs are not a problem for Trisha. She carries herself beautifully. She is cool with other dogs met, even the little ones. She welcomes other volunteers who come to say hello. What is not to like about Trisha who is with us as a stray at the Manhattan Care Center? She is a gem, old, true but so well polished and shiny, the heirloom type. Trisha is a calm but lively elderly lady who will make a great companion for the owner who wants a friendly, affectionate and loving pet to brighten his or her life .
