11 days away baby and imma be climbin high up in a tree, got my scentaway my thermacell and my ol pse.sittin back dozin off in my ol summit, all of a sudden one blows im busted again dad gummit, that wind was driftin way back in the swamp, i hear a buck grunt and then a foot stomp. Ol doe is lookin me straight in the eyes, dont bust me baby i want him to take a ride, she takes a few steps feedin under the water oaks, all of a sudden i look and he appears like a ghost, i grab my pse bow, pull the trigger and let my arrrow go.watch him hop off and see the blood flow. His legs start to tremble and he goes down,the good lord has blessed me with a big buck on the ground.sittin a little longer hoping for some luck, look to the south its another big buck, keep walkin my way and ur about to get stuck.turns back on his track and leaves in a rush, look to the south a boar hog is comin outta the brush.walkin straight to my stand , bet this wasnt part of ur plan, my arrow flys and i watch it perfectly land, lets out one squeal and crashes at the base of my stand.opening morning has been a dream come true, i thank the man above who has blessed me with this passion i do.puttin the meet in the freezer it can be fried or even stew.in this 2014 hunting season, bless my fellow hunters without reason, guide them out of harms way,let them be sucessful and always safe.remember hunter ethics and if u dont its not to late.good luck to all my fellow hunters in different states.may god be with you and always have faith!!!
