11 oclock Monday September 1st. Met at Manor Glen. Nineteen and one-half couple dog hounds. Warm and muggy. Wet ground. Drew up over Ridge, found quickly and into big bean fields where hounds ran well several loops. Drove him through several more bean fields then to ground in woods. Drew towards Fancy Hill, found in their big beans , pushed him out, crossed Hess road at Hope Farm and into huge bean field of Drennens. Ran the length of that and crossed back Hess rd at the bridge. Ran through the woods above the Gunpowder and to ground there. All on after a bit of blowing. Picked up a bit early due to heat. Large field evaporated. Rode Hamish.
