#1124 I am a 23 year old guy, and I find pleasure in dressing well and smelling good. It is just such a self-esteem builder when you know you look the best you can and people compliment you. Despite this, I find it quite frusturating and sad that the best comments I have received since entering college were from other guys. My male professor nicknamed me Mr. Handsome, and whenever I had a question, he would say yes, the handsome guy in the back. Whenever I go to the bars, frat guys compliment me, telling me that I am swagged up and say I must get a ton of of chicks. Ive also had a few other male professors tell me I dress really nice and that my cologne smells good. While it is nice to hear compliments from other people, it has always struck me as odd that women always look past me, ignore me and try no to look at me when I am near. During class, a girl in my class once walked past me and said that someone smells really good. When I told her it was my cologne, she acted as if I wasnt there and said nothing more. Is that just a woman thing?
