113 days is how many days a person in congress works every year according to a report on NBC news today. 365 days in a year, so they work about a 1/3 of the year. Why dont they have 3 people in congress from each district, then we would have congress working all year long like most Americans. Funny though they need to hire 3 people to do the job of one person while American companies want American workers to do the job of 3 people a year, but still get the regular pay of one person.
