#1153 I had recently visited my family down in the lower 48. And let me just clear some stuff up for those of you who practically stereotype Alaska... Yes we have running water and cell service, we even have a walmart and a target!! OMG! Insane! No it doesnt stay 30 below all year round and no it is not as cold as you think it is especially in the spring and summer time...yes it gets cold but it also gets very nice too! Please dont judge a place with your stereotypical visions of how it is, especially if youve never been there!!
