12/10/14 Day 4. Today was feeling totally energetic. No energy drops all day. Cravings totally disappeared. Hopefully it stays this way. Training was slightly less intense on my day off. Decided to stick to cardio. Started a day by meditating at 5am then biked home and then to the gym. Nutrition: 6am 500ml water 8 30 am salad - simple yet tasty Spinach, cherry tomatoes, asparagus and lemon juice 930 am 2x wheatgrass shots x 2 oranges 1030 am 2 bananas 11am coconut water 1pm 2 bananas 2pm 2 apples 4pm 8 bananas 8pm salad a lot of greens (cucumber, fancy lettuce, orange squeezed, asparagus, mung beans, broccoli). Workout: Biked - distance unknown. Run - 30 min on the treadmill Static squat against the wall 2 sets x 3min Hand stands 2 sets x 1min Side plank 1 set left and right x 1 min 30 sec Plank 3min Walked for 2 hours( k rd to Grey Lynn and back, then hiked at Devonport) Trying to avoid over complicating with workout and nutrition, as simplicity is most comprehensive.
