12-10-2014 >> ( #JKBOSE) >> #Revised Schedule for Secondary School (Class 10th) #Annual_Private; 2014 Examination : > Due to occurrence of unprecedented п¬oods in the valley the already notiп¬ed schedule for the submission of permission-cum-admission forms concerning Secondary School (Class 10th) Annual; Private; 2014 (to be held in due course of time) is rescheduled and the same is published for the information and necessary follow-up by all the concerned. > The Permission-cum- Admission Forms and related Statement of Enrollments of all the eligible candidates completed in all respects and duly пfilled in on the prescribed formats concerning Secondary School (Class 10th); Annual Private Session 2014 in the #Kashmir Division #excluding for Tehsil #Gurez, #Karnah, #Keran, #Machil and #Tanqhdar shall now be submitted as per the below devised schedule : >> #SCHEDULE > 1.Examination:- Secondary School (Class 10th) Annual, Private; Examination, 2014 excluding tehsil Gurez, Karnah, Keran, Machil and Tanghdar. > Description of fee: - > a) i. Fee @ Rs.620/- Per Candidate. > ii. Cost of Permission-cum-Admission Form @ Rs.15/-Per Candidate. > iii. Total fee applicable Rs.635 /- Per Candidate. > b) i. Late fee @ Rs.460/- Per Candidate. > 3. Eligibility:- > a) Candidates who were declared Re-appear/failure vide Result Notiпfication NO:-01; dated 30th August; 2014 concerning Secondary School, (Class 10th) Bi-annual; 2014. > b. Candidates who appeared through Afпfliated Academic Institutions/Schools in previously held Secondary School (Class 10thвв) Examinations but were declared Re-appear/Failure in the said Examination/s. > c) Fresh (Private) Candidates having completed at-least a gap of (09) nine months from the date of their discharge from their respective afп¬liated academic institution/ school to the date of issue of this notiпfication provided they (Candidates) have attained the Qualifying Ageвas deп¬ned in the regulations. > 4. Deposition of Fee :- > The fee, as prescribed above, shall be deposited by the Heads of the afпfliated Schools /Academic Institutions for the concerned eligible candidates in the shape of Bank Slipsв to be obtained from the concerned BOSE Ofпfices, pledged to the Chairman, The J&K State Board of School Education, Srinagar and deposited in the designated branch/es of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited (Kashmir). . > a. Deposition of Normal Fee for the eligible candidates by or before 18th of October,2014. > b. Deposition of Late Fee for the eligible candidates by or before 25th of October, 201 4. > 5. Instructions and Guidelines for the Processing and Submission of the Permission-cum-Admission Forms and related Statement of Enrollments:- > i. The Heads of the Institutions are instructed to submit the Permission-cum- Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects & duly пfilled in on the prescribed Formats of all the eligible candidates along-with forwarding letters in triplicate to the respective BOSE Ofп¬ces through their authorized representatives / admission In-charge only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates (enrolled & appearing) subject-wise and description of fee deposited in the Bank. > ii. The Heads of the Institutions shall attach the Eligibility Cards in original/ Photocopy of the Registration Cards as applicable with the Admission / Enrollment Forms of the candidates for the determination of the eligibility, reference and record. > iii. Two working days preparation time as deп¬ned below after the expiry of the prescribed last dates is allowed to the Schools/Academic Institutions for; > a. compilation and processing of the Permission-cum-Admission Forms, related statement of Enrollments concerning the Secondary School (Classl0в)Annual, Private, Examination; 2014 of the normal fee candidates and submission/deposition of the same in the respective BOSE Ofпfices by before 21st в of October; 2014 .
