12th July - Love your body #summerbeachbody Abdominal Crazy So have you just joined in to the latest online crazy of the 30 day ab challenge? You have built up to an agonising 100/200/300 sit ups each and every day. Well it is true to some extent that doing sit-ups will tone the muscles in the stomach, however it doesnt have the effect you wanted! Well it wont have an effect on the annoying layers of fat that sit on top of those muscles so doing all those sit ups a day wont make your jeans feel any looser. We need to work the whole body to drop the fat % and strengthen and tone the abdominal cylinder of the body.
