Hasta nakshatra 160*00’ – 173*20’ Hasta nakshatra is contained totally in the constellation of Virgo and consists of five stars in the Corvus cluster of stars, the stars look like a palm of the hand. Hasta in Sanskrit means a hand and the symbol of the nakshatra is also a palm of a hand. The deity of the Hasta nakshatra is Savitur, the Sun God. Hasta nakshatra is a part of Virgo sign and Virgo is the sign of good health or diseases and enemies or difficulties in the Cosmic Man’s zodiacal chart.
